Among the Moz BI team, I was given the nickname “Savage”. I like to think this is because they saw how I approach challenges with voracity, as well as how quickly I jump from inexperience to proficiency when I’m faced with learning new tools, coding languages and systems. These qualities made me one of the in-house experts for Adobe Analytics and Tableau reporting. At Moz two of my main responsibilities included:

  • Visually representing and interpreting complex data sets for business stakeholders by building executive level dashboards which tracked KPI’s and key data points linked to business questions
  • Facilitating and implementing reporting for our web analytics tools

I am looking to empower an organization that promotes the health of their community, where community is defined as the employees who work there, the clients/customers served, and anyone that engages with the business.

I was working towards, and had just been moved into, Email Marketing and Operations. I would be so appreciative if you would take me under your wing to continue my education/development in that field!

If it’s the right company, I am also looking to share my background in Customer Success.

I was a steadfast member of the Success team at Moz from nearly the beginning of the program. I started as live chat support, moved to In-App and Email Communications and Strategy using tools like Intercom.io, and finally, landed in a Churn Specialist role, seeing the team grow with me all the while.

  • Curating, designing, writing, and sending a monthly Newsletter for Moz Pro customers and free trialers.
  • Developing, managing, and scheduling weekly webinars.

I am looking to continue my growth, and find a role where I can pick up where I left off!
